Hochul Jr. announced today that Julio Contreras, 31, of McAllen, Texas, who was named in a 15 count superseding indictment involving the Schuele Boys Gang, has been arrested by federal law enforcement officers at the Anzalduas Port of Entry in Mission, Texas as he attempted to return to the United States from Mexico.
