By Bruce Vielmetti A Bayside couple and a Milwaukee woman have been charged with filing fraudulent tax returns under stolen identities and sending more than $1 million in ill-gotten refunds to Ukraine. An indictment by a federal grand jury names Vladimir Sonin, 50, and Natalya Sonina, 47, of Bayside, and Irina Tinney, 47, of Milwaukee. Each faces 13 counts of wire, mail and credit card fraud, while Sonin and Sonina face additional counts of aggravated identity theft.
