(Source: Portland Police Bureau) November 10, 2015 14:10 On Tuesday November 10, 2015, at 11:42 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire at Northeast 17th Avenue and Alberta Street. Officers arrived in the area and contacted witnesses who heard gunshots and saw an African American male with a gun run to a vehicle that sped out of the area.
